Faith-Based Webinar Training

SAFE Project presents a webinar-based training for faith-based communities on May 29.

In partnership with the North Carolina Prevention Training and Technical Assistance Center, SAFE Project will present a webinar for faith-based communities looking to make a positive impact on the addiction epidemic. Through focused on examples from faith-based communities in North Carolina, this webinar is open to anyone who wants to learn more about how to engage their community in creating a community movement using real world examples.

At this training, learn how congregations across North Carolina have started and maintained efforts to address the opioid and addiction epidemic by educating their community, reducing the shame and stigma around help-seeking behaviors, building community capacity for addiction treatment, and being an active partner in building sustainable recovery for individuals.
