Thank you for your interest in serving as a Collegiate Recovery Leadership Academy fellow. As you complete this application, please be aware that your progress will not be saved; therefore, we recommend completing the application on a computer, all at once, or writing your answers in a Word or Google document to paste into the application. Within the application, you will be asked 4 short answer questions, asking for at least 150 word responses. Your application is only submitted once you click submit on the last page of the application.

The CRLA application process consists of 3 steps:

1. Submitting the written application.
2. Completing an oral Zoom interview (CRLA staff will reach out to schedule an interview).
3. Submitting a letter of support from a peer, a professor, a campus staff member, a mentor, etc. This can be anyone who can speak to your ability to complete an impact project and contribute to a national leadership academy. This will be due after your interview.
