Technical Assistance

Providing collegiate recovery program leaders with essential tools to create sustainable, impactful, campus communities and initiatives.

Building upon the depth of work done by Transforming Youth Recovery and the Stacie Mathewson Foundation, SAFE Campuses is committed to offering technical support and accountability to post-secondary institutions. Working together with administrators and key community stakeholders, our aim is to expand recovery-supportive campus communities and initiatives.

Navigating systems of higher education and creating sustainable programs can be tricky – we are here to help. We assist those seeking to support students impacted by addiction at their universities and colleges. We provide resources for advocacy and education, as well as mentorship, and networking to programs, staff, and students — with the ultimate goal of normalizing the needs of students in recovery and the services intended to serve them.
