Join us for a community event focused on awareness, education, and action. Together, weāll explore the state of the opioid crisis, with a special focus on racial disparities in overdose rates, access to naloxone, and other harm reduction services.
Event Highlights:
Featured Speaker: Councilman Lamont Jones; expert insight on the impact of stigma and strategies for change
Panel Discussion: Voices from lived experience and local professionals in addiction and recovery
Overdose Response Training: Learn how to recognize and respond to an overdose, including naloxone use (LHRP will be facilitating this)
Resources Available:
Free safety kits, naloxone, and educational materials
